Client custom need/opportunity is identified by the brand or research sales rep Internal call is scheduled with BrandLab and sales rep Sales Rep creates the opportunity in Salesforce BrandLab creates proposal with pricing and sends to the sales rep to review with their client Call scheduled with client, sales rep, and BrandLab to review proposal If the client agrees to the proposal, the sales rep creates the IO in Salesforce If SOW is necessary, BrandLab creates The signed IO/SOW is uploaded to Salesforce. BrandLab is notified of the closed opportunity BrandLab schedules an kick off call with the client and sales rep After the kick off call the BrandLab Project Manager will take the project from start to completion. The sales rep will be copied on email as a courtesy only, but all communications will come from the BrandLab project manager to the client. Please note: If a client purchases a client supplied product such as an infographic that does not need content or design, then it does not go through the BrandLab. In this case, the brand Customer Success Manager will be notified via Salesforce and will request the materials from the client directly.
